How Controller Device will Work:1. Micro controller-based system with push button to give NO and NC for start and stop the conveyor belt motor, with LED for displaying current On/Off stratus of conveyor belt motor.2. When the push button pressed to ON the motor at the device, instantly siren will ON give the alert that conveyor belt is going to start, after 30 second 5-20 Amp relay will get energized to give signal to the belt motor to start. 3. Same process to stop, press push to stop, instantly 5-20 Amp relay stop energizing to give signal to the belt motor to stop.
